PaperTracer was developed by HAMi, a computer software provider headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida USA. It was founded in 1997 by Michael D. Tarpley. It was originally developed for asset management before expanding to contract management and other uses. HAMi has used a Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model since 2001 and has over 18 years of technical expertise and experience meeting the requirements of the clients’ business process needs. The client base represents over 60 institutions, from healthcare, research, education and other industries both nationally and internationally.

Marilyn has been with HAMi since the company was founded in 1997 serving in various roles. Her 30 years of financial services experience includes the strategic direction, management and development of products and services for commercial and corporate clients.
Through her executive management positions she managed product profitability and pricing, by market segment, recommending marketing initiatives, building business cases to enter and/or exit lines of business; identifying new distribution and delivery channels, and integrating technology into product solutions.
Marilyn’s leadership also included managing teams that provided consultative implementation support to corporate customers and partnering with cross-functional areas in providing customer relationship support and in positioning implementation services as a value added, competitive advantage to external customers and the marketplace.
Kevin has over 30 years of extensive experience in database management, programming, automation technology, cybersecurity, and software architecture across various platforms.
Since the inception of PaperTracer, Kevin has played an instrumental role in the development of the application. From ensuring the highest level of security to integrating customer needs and ideas, Kevin has always been an invaluable asset in fulfilling the application’s vision and maintaining client satisfaction.
His past work experience includes electronic application development for Allstate Financial Work Place Division, as well as working on versatile platforms and technologies through National Public Radio, Mayo Foundation for Medical Research, and the ITT Aerospace/Optical Division.
